Yoga and Meditation
Yoga and Meditation are the fourth branch of Oriental Medicine, and we offer tips and classes for both at the Harmony & Health clinic. These practices can greatly enhance the effectiveness of acupuncture and massage, and help the ongoing practice of energy balancing. They can greatly increase your sense of well-being and supplement other health care. A body in balance can improve your quality of life!
Our Yoga Movement Meditation Class blends them, including gentle yoga stretches and breathing with meditation, as well as Qi Gong – graceful, flowing dance-like movements that can joyfully unleash and free your energy. We combine elements of Kundalini and restorative styles of yoga, with Sheng Zhen Qi Gong and guided imagery, to totally unwind and chase stress out the door!

Yoga – Gentle stretches, breathing techniques and meditation that can calm and balance one’s being.
Suggested to bring – water, mat, blanket, and if possible, small stool.
